Centralized Field Service Coordinator 21st Century Equipment, LLC is hiring a Centralized Field Service Advisor to support and coordinate field service operations across our dealership network. This role assists with daily service operations, technician dispatching, and process improvement to support customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability. This position is able to office out of the following location: Sidney NE, Bridgeport NE, Ogallala NE, Imperial NE, Scottsbluff NE, Sterling CO or Yuma CO.Compensation: $50,000-$65,000 per yearBenefits: Medical insurance and HSA, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, Life insurance, Paid holidays and PTO, 401(k) with company match, and many moreWhat You'll Do:Dispatch centralized field service technicians across the 21st Century Equipment organizationProcess and manage daily work ordersAssist with supervising service department personnelMaintain service department processes to support customer satisfaction and profitabilityMonitor MST usage for accuracy and complianceAssist with maintaining service department assets and appearanceTrack technician performance and production to support monthly goalsWhat You Bring:Minimum 3 years of experience in a John Deere Service DepartmentStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to motivate individuals and teamsWorking knowledge of standard job pricing and commission-based compensationBasic understanding of service department financial principlesBasic accounting skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and WordPhysical Requirements:Regularly lift up to 50 lbsExtended periods of computer useAbout 21st Century Equipment, LLC:Since 1996, 21st Century Equipment, LLC has supported farmers and producers with industry-leading equipment, service, and technology solutions.
