The candidate will be responsible for automating processes, troubleshooting operational issues, managing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting containerized environments, observability platforms, and identity management solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nUse Linux CLI and Linux tools to manage and maintain systems.\nDevelop and maintain Bash and Python scripts to automate manual processes.\nImplement and manage automation frameworks, including Ansible, for orchestrating deployments.\nTroubleshoot and debug issues in operational systems.\nApply CI/CD principles and manage pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Git source control.\nManage datacenter infrastructure using tools\nMonitor and analyze system performance using observability and analytics platforms like Splunk.\nSupport Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions such as Keycloak and management tools like HashiCorp Vault.\nWork with message brokers such as Kafka and containerization technologies including Docker, PodMan, and containerd.\nCollaborate in Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments using the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence).\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering).\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or related disciplines.\nProven experience in Linux system administration and automation.\nStrong scripting skills in Bash and Python.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Git source control, and deployment orchestration.\nKnowledge of containerization, IAM, secret management, observability, and message broker solutions.\nExperience working in Agile or SAFe environments using Atlassian tools.\n\nDesirable Skills:\nFamiliarity with Datacenter Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools.\nExperience with Ansible automation frameworks for large-scale deployments.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex operational system issues independently.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nThis position involves sedentary work with physical requirements expected for at least 50% of the time.
