be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e‑learning packages.\nResearch and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.\nEnsure that all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct.\nRoadside Assistance Specialist Training Responsibilities Maintain TaskUs’s high standard of safety inside and outside the vehicle.\nConsistently demonstrate situational awareness, understanding of the technology in your care, and a willingness to adjust to changes in the environment.\nCommunicate courteously with management, engineers, and the public as the deputy for technology.\nProvide assistance to stranded motorists.\nOperate/drive in single or dual driving mode for 6–8 hours a day alone or with a co‑driver, five days a week; be able to sit still for long periods.\nRespond quickly to changing and potentially high‑pressure environments.\nWork mostly individually but also in small groups of 2–10 people.\nMonitor multiple software systems with constant focus.\nMaintain cleanliness of vehicle.\nProvide concise, clear, and accurate verbal and written feedback regarding vehicle operations.\nComplete daily reports and document procedures and tests.\nInteract with the members of the public and educate them on self‑driving technology.\nOperate self‑driving vehicles on defined and undefined routes, including a variety of environmental conditions.\nOperate onboard data‑recording computers.\nCooperate in safe driverless vehicle operations, including safe vehicle setup, disengagement, and safe driving to a destination.\nApply safety procedures in rescue situations involving autonomous vehicles.\nExercise excellent customer service while assisting passengers of the driverless vehicle to disembark, board the rescue vehicle, and safely drive passengers to their destination.\nComply with TaskUs’s Autonomous Vehicle Division zero‑tolerance policy regarding alcohol or drugs during a shift, including randomized drug testing.\nRemove stalled vehicles from surface streets and lanes of travel, coordinate with local law enforcement as needed, and respond to emergency roadside assistance calls within appropriate SLAs.\nDrive a safe vehicle to and from specified destinations while following all state, local, and DOT regulations.\nFocus on safety and compliance, including real‑time reporting of any accidents or incidents encountered on the road, monitoring of road conditions, and adherence to all applicable traffic laws.\nOther duties as required.\nRequirements Must be 21 years of age or older.\nHigh School Diploma or GED required; four‑year college degree preferred in a related field such as industrial or applied sciences.\nMust meet driver requirements, including a clean driving record and acceptable criminal history under applicable regulations and laws in the state(s) of operation.\nValid state driver’s license required.\nMinimum of 3 years of professional driving experience on public roads (additional experience preferred).\nProficient in Microsoft and Google applications.\nProblem solver and critical thinker.\nFollow well‑defined methods, procedures, reports, forms, and job aspects.\nCapable of presenting and facilitating class discussions.\nEnergetic, enthusiastic, and creative; able to think outside the box to motivate and engage audiences.\nStrong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nCan work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and longer hours.\nKnowledge of or prior experience driving in a professional setting, including delivery trucks and operating within high‑traffic or congested city zones and small areas.\nNice to Have 1–2 years of working experience in a related field such as training or teaching.\nStrong leadership skills with proficiency in handling groups.\nPhysical Requirements Occasional standing, walking, and sitting;
