At Berthoud Animal Hospital, we provide quality and compassionate veterinary care to pets in the Berthoud and Loveland, CO areas. Our veterinarians provide services for dogs and cats including wellness care, internal medicine, dentistry, and surgery. Since we established our animal hospital, it has been our mission to serve the pets of the Berthoud, CO community and ensure that they live a long, happy, and healthy life.\nPay Range is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.\nDescription\nClient Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Although this position does not provide direct care for the pets we serve, the CSR's are critical to the success of every client interaction. We work using a team-oriented approach in delivering the best in compassionate care for both the pets and clients we serve.\nThe ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, answer phone lines, schedule appointments, check clients in and out of the facility, and remain calm under pressure along with other misc. duties. Previous experience in a multi-doctor veterinary practice is preferred or past client service experience.
