Customers rely on KAMET to deliver manufacturing solutions for critical applications, from microchips and microsurgery to subsea and space environments.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role based in Milpitas, CA. The Quality Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain quality processes and procedures to ensure products meet internal specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include performing root cause analysis, leading corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and monitoring key quality metrics for continuous improvement. The role involves conducting inspections and audits, reviewing first article inspections (FAI), PPAPs, and related documentation, and collaborating with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve nonconformances.
