Marketing & Events Representative EAS Roofing – The Pittsburgh Roofer Pittsburgh, PA Seasonal - Internship / Flexible Hours (Event-Based + Some Weekday Hours) About Us EAS Roofing is a locally owned, family-operated roofing company proudly serving Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and exterior repairs. We are heavily involved in community events, home shows, festivals, and local partnerships throughout the year. We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Marketing & Events Representative to represent our brand at shows and help generate high-quality leads. Position Overview This role is primarily event-focused, with additional support for social media efforts. You’ll be the face of EAS Roofing at home shows, vendor events, festivals, and community pop-ups. You’ll help set up and tear down booths, engage with homeowners, generate leads, and assist with light social media and promotional tasks. ResponsibilitiesEvent & Show Duties: Set up and tear down event booths (tables, banners, signage, giveaways) Represent EAS Roofing professionally at home shows, craft shows, festivals, etc. Engage attendees in conversation and generate qualified homeowner leads Collect contact information accurately and clearly Distribute promotional materials and explain our services Maintain a clean, organized, and branded booth space Work occasional evenings and weekends (based on event schedule) Marketing Support: Assist with posting basic social media content (when needed) Capture photos/videos at events for social media use Help distribute flyers or promotional materials locally Support giveaway campaigns and community partnerships Qualifications Outgoing and comfortable talking to new people Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Ability to lift 30–40 lbs (event materials, tables, signage) Comfortable working weekends Basic understanding of social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Sales or customer service experience is a plus What We’re Looking For Energetic personality Self-motivated and dependable Team-oriented but able to work independently Professional appearance and positive attitude Someone who genuinely enjoys community events and networking Compensation Hourly pay (based on experience) Bonus opportunities for qualified leads generated Flexible scheduling Opportunity for growth within marketing Job Types: Temporary, Internship Pay: $17.00 per hour Work Location: In person
