The priority is lightweight, fast-moving agent and Generative AI solutions, primarily using Agent Bricks, while also leveraging MCPs, the Databricks Agentic Framework, and other emerging AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Build agent prototypes on Databricks using Agent Bricks that solve concrete business and mission workflow problems and can be demonstrated quickly. - Scope lightweight, decentralized AI use cases with government stakeholders and program teams, favoring quick wins over long modeling cycles. - Ground agents in governed data products from Unity Catalog in close collaboration with data engineers. - Surface agent capabilities through Databricks Apps front ends and APIs consumed by application development teams. - Develop and deploy GenAI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and intelligent workflow solutions. - Collaborate across engineering and business teams to rapidly prototype and operationalize AI capabilities.
