A successful candidate will have the opportunity to be responsible for planning, design, permitting, preparation of specifications, septic design, stormwater calculations, and technical reports for a variety of land development projects. Senior Project Engineers will be expected to manage staff and communicate with various project stakeholders. Engineers will be able to see projects from initial concept through completion. Housing and relocation assistance are not provided.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;\nExcellent communication skills, written and verbal;\nMust demonstrate a desire to learn;\nStrong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities;\nAbility to effectively work independently and in a team environment;\nWorking knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite applications;\nReliable transportation to access job sites and a valid driver’s license in good standing;\nAbility to work overtime and the occasional weekend;\nField experience providing oversight during construction;\nEngineer in Training Certification preferred.\nSolli Engineering is a land development consulting firm providing Site/Civil, Geotechnical, Traffic and Transportation Engineering, Landscape Architecture and Surveying services to clients; cross-training between disciplines is encouraged.
