Key Responsibilities Quote and close insurance policies for inbound warm leads from Spanish and English-speaking prospects Guide customers through the sales process and address questions or concerns Utilize technology systems for quoting, managing sales activities, and maintaining customer records Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Active, unrestricted Resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance producer license Ability to obtain a Non-resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in California within 45 days of hire 1 or more years of experience in inbound sales or a similar commission-based sales position Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
