This position is hands-on with warehouse operations, but the primary focus will be on inventory accuracy and cycle counts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, good with numbers, and experienced in warehouse operations.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOversee daily warehouse activities including order processing, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.\nConduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.\nIdentify and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and effectively.\nTrain, guide, and support warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety.\nOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.\nAssist Warehouse Manager with workflow and reporting as needed.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nPrevious warehouse experience with strong knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts.\nExperience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills — detail-oriented and good with numbers.\nAbility to lead by example while also working hands-on with the team.\nForklift certification (or ability to become certified).\nBasic computer skills (Excel, WMS, or similar).\nWhy You’ll Love This Role\nCompetitive pay based on experience.\nMonday–Friday schedule — no nights or weekends.\nSupportive team environment where your contribution makes an impact.\nHow to Apply:\nApply directly through Indeed with your updated resume.
