tracking and reporting.\nPresent financials to the Board of Directors.\nQualifications:\nCPA (Certified Public Accountant) required\nMBA (Master of Business Administration) preferred\nA minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance with a focus on defense/aerospace manufacturing or related industries.\nExtensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance within the aerospace and defense sectors.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nIn-depth experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.\nExcellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and other departments.\nExperience with
