The Claims Coordinator will be responsible for managing the claims process, working directly with insurance companies and clients to ensure timely and accurate claims resolution. Day-to-day tasks include handling insurance claims, providing excellent customer service, analyzing claims data, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support successful claims outcomes. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Claims Management and Claims Handling processesExperience or understanding of Insurance policies and proceduresExcellent Analytical Skills to review and process detailed informationEffective Communication skills to collaborate with customers and colleaguesAbility to work on-site in Farmington, MIProficiency in using claims management software and tools is a plusPrior experience in a related field is beneficial but not required
