Residential Sales

We are looking for an individual to be a Residential Salesman. Compensation: Based on Experience; Starting at $40,000- 2+ year of experience preferred. List of general daily tasks: -Communicating with inbound leads (phone, email, online) and following up with prospective customers while providing high-quality customer service - Completing accurate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals using company estimating tools while maintaining margin guidelines - Scheduling and conducting in-home or on-site consultations and measurements, and coordinating with field estimators as needed - Managing the full sales process from initial contact through contract execution, including negotiating, collecting deposits, and facilitating project handoffs - Communicating/working with operations teams, project managers, and installers to support smooth project transitions and customer satisfactions Skills needed: - Time management and self-management - Organizational skills - Proficiency of Microsoft Excel - Previous experience or general knowledge of Fence (preferred) - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test - Attention to detail - Ability to meet deadlines - Customer-centric attitude Corporate Integrity: All employees in all positions are expected to act professionally at all times, including but not limited to treating others with respect, valuating diversity, supporting team/community goals, and following company policies and procedures.
