We are seeking a knowledgeable IT professional with experience in logistics. Job Title: Systems Support Assistant Manager Location: Carson, CA Job Type: Full time, exempt Pay rate: $70K-$80K Depending on experience Responsibilities: · Assist with managing the Operations Support Department · Working with other departments, inquire about the needs and issues needing attention · Working with the support team, maintain troubleshoot, address questions and issues with Cargowise · Assist with developing and revising SOPs · Other duties as assigned Qualifications: · Must have knowledge and experience in the logistics industry (import/export, brokerage, trucking) · Must be able to develop SOPs and have experience with implementation · Previous business management or supervisory experience a must · Previous knowledge and experience with Cargowise strongly preferred · Printer, server and network experience a must Job Type: Part-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Experience: Logistics: 1 year (Required) IT: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
