Candidates should have strong Java expertise and experience leading delivery in an enterprise environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead the technical design, development, and deployment of enterprise software solutions.\nTranslate complex business needs into scalable backend application designs and implementation plans.\nProvide technical guidance and support to engineers, including resolving complex technical issues and delivery blockers.\nEstablish and enforce coding standards through peer reviews, testing practices, and technical documentation.\nDrive delivery of milestone-based work, including tracking deliverables and maintaining required technical and procedural documentation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional partners to support APIs, integrations, and release management activities.\n\nRequired Skills\n\n8+ years of professional software development experience.\nAdvanced Java expertise in enterprise environments.\nDemonstrated experience serving as a technical lead or development lead.\nStrong background in application development and delivering customer-facing software solutions.\nExperience producing technical and procedural documentation and supporting peer code review practices.\nStrong problem-solving skills and experience facilitating complex issue resolution.\nFamiliarity with modern software delivery practices, including Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practices.\n\nEducation\n\nNo Education Requirements\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nBackend-focused full stack experience.\nExperience with modern Java ecosystem frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).\nExperience with API design and integration patterns.\nExperience with microservices architecture and CI/CD collaboration.\nExposure to UX considerations and release management practices.\n\nWhy Should I Apply?\nThis role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful enterprise software delivery while remaining hands-on in backend engineering.
