Oracle Fusion Project Manager (Irvine)

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Manager (R2R, O2C, P2P, PLM, HCM)—Need local profile onlyLocation: Onsite, Irvine, CAExperience: 10 -12 YearsEmployment Type: Long term ContractHCM and Functional experience is mandatory• Typically, 10–12 years in IT/ERP projects• At least 8 years in Oracle Fusion projects• Prior experience as a team lead or project manager• 8–15 years of overall experience• Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations• Experience in support and enhancement projectsKey Responsibilities. Functional Expertise• Work on end-to-end implementation/support of:o R2R (Record to Report) – GL, FA, Cash Managemento O2C (Order to Cash) – Order Management, AR, Billingo P2P (Procure to Pay) – Procurement, AP, Supplier Managemento PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) – Product Data Hub, Innovation Managemento HCM (Human Capital Management) – Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications• Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per business needs________________________________________Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field• MBA or HR specialization (preferred)• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (strong advantage)• Oracle Fusion certification (preferred)
