Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to, coordination and execution of small and large office moves and changes.\r\nCustomer ExperienceManage all new hire onboarding information - reach out to admins/managers\r\nMeet with admins and team managers to discuss/guide them through logistics, blocking, and the details of their moves.\r\nUpdate move matrix, fill in customer information, technical requirements.\r\nAssess cubicle condition, order missing parts, ergo changes.\r\nReceive, compile and scrub move lists for potential issues.\r\nReview furniture layout, determine location for files and storage.\r\nDeliver boxes, move labels, post pin ups, & deliver move instructions.\r\nDetermine mobile locations and prep furniture for drop in stations.\r\nAct as liaison between teams and the move vendors, communicate any desk adds and last-minute seating updates.\r\nMove ActivitiesSchedule movers and alert security, provide all names for badging.\r\nSchedule disconnects and reconnects of computer, servers, printer, and phones.\r\nOperate check-outs, check-ins, manage all locations, making sure all clients are where they are supposed to be.\r\nOn site for all vendors and customers during move.\r\nReview completed move and make adjustments with vendor.\r\nCoordinate vendors for installation of power/data as required.\r\nSubmit service tickets to have space cleaned, keys and chairs at desk.\r\nPost Move Follow UpProvide welcome communications with information on new location and site services.\r\nTroubleshoot all lost or misplaced items.\r\nSchedule vendor for scrap pick up, recycle or reuse excess furniture, and remove chairs.\r\nCoordinate pick up of crates and/or boxes.\r\nFollowing projects and incremental moves, update seat assignment for accurate reporting.\r\nOther projects, special assignments, and administrative duties as assigned.\r\nSound Like You?
