Bilingual Sales Assistant

Job Description Job Title: Sales Assistant Department: SalesReports to: Sales Manager Effective Date: 1/1/2025Job Summary:The Sales Assistant supports all aspects of the inside Sales Team, and acts as a point of contact for data entry and customer inquiries.Supervisory Responsibilities:· NoneDuties/Responsibilities:· Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information.· Respond to various customer inquiries, including email and phone.· Prepare documents required by customers.· Contribute to team effort by coordinating shipping status with internal teams.Required Skills/Abilities:· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.· Ability to adapt to frequently changing circumstancesEducation and Experience:· High School Diploma, or equivalent.· Prior Customer Service or Sales experience, required.· Japanese bilingual, required.Physical Requirements:· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.Company Description Dexter Fastener Technologies, Inc.
