This role plays a key part in documenting procurement agreements, programs, and processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.Position Functions:Document procurement agreements, programs, and related terms, including pricing, service levels, and deliverablesSupport the administration of supplier programs, including tracking participation, compliance, and key milestonesPrepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to procurement activity, agreements, and programsCollaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations, program owners) to ensure procurement documentation is complete and accurate#onsiteRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience3-5 years of Procurement and / or administrative experience in related area.Required Qualifications:Experience working with contracts, pricing, procurement policies and internal controls. Power BI building, maintaining dashboards and using Power BI for operational or executivereporting SharePoint organize, managing document libraries and control permissions. Connecting to multiple data sources (ERP, Excel, SharePoint lists) Ability to perform multiple tasks and work cooperatively with in-house personnel. Must be able to maintain confidential information. An understanding of the distribution process is helpful.
