Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nRewind Machine Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nAssists with machine setup, prepares machinery for operation by setting up tools, loading materials, and adjusting settings as directed by the primary operator.\nSupplies raw material or components specific to the rewinder machine as needed, ensuring a steady flow of materials to maintain efficient production levels.\nMonitors rewinder machine operations, observes the machine during operation to ensure the machine is running as expected, notifying the primary operator or supervisor of any issues or malfunctions.\nAssists with routine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, or replacing parts, adjusting machine settings, or other standard practices to ensure proper operation of the machine and to maintain quality, efficiency, and safety standards.\nTroubleshoots minor technical issues, performs minor repairs or adjustments under the guidance of the primary operator or maintenance personnel.\nAbility to fill-in or temporarily run the machine during shift changes, or as necessary.\nMaintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment by performing standard tasks such as removing debris or waste materials.\nAdhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, to prevent accidents or injuries.
