Unlike traditional BCBA roles: -There is no assigned caseload -No responsibility for managing a large client load -No direct employee management responsibilities Instead, this role focuses on: -Assisting with RBT supervision and support -Clinical collaboration -Providing mentorship and guidance -Supporting clinic operations and additional assigned projects/tasks This is a primarily in-person role due to the hands-on support needed within the clinic environment. Limited remote flexibility may be available for the right candidate after demonstrating strong performance and independence in the role.
