About the Opportunity: The Manager, Data & Intelligence leads the Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams, focusing on modernizing BI platforms and supporting AI-driven data initiatives. This role drives the transition to advanced BI technologies to enhance dashboard development and analytics delivery, while managing a mid-sized team and serving as the primary BI liaison for business stakeholders. It contributes strategically and operationally to improving data insights that inform marketing and business decisions.3. Responsibilities:Lead migration from legacy BI tools to a Databricks Apps-centered platformPromote AI-assisted BI development for faster, higher-quality resultsDefine standards for dashboard design, visualization, and governanceIntegrate emerging AI tools to improve BI deliveryManage, mentor, and develop a team of 6 to 10 analysts and engineersSet priorities, assign projects, conduct reviews, and foster team growthAct as a working manager supporting hands-on BI tasksIdentify skill gaps and implement professional developmentOversee data engineering pipelines, ingestion, and transformationsCoordinate data engineering efforts related to AI initiativesEnsure quality, security, and governance standards in data engineering outputsServe as primary liaison for BI initiatives with business stakeholdersLead stakeholder meetings to align reporting goals and manage prioritiesTranslate marketing analytics needs into actionable BI solutionsCommunicate data insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiencesParticipate in Data Governance panel to develop and enforce data policiesEstablish BI-specific governance standards and collaborate across teams4. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or related field7+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related area3+ years of direct people management experienceStrong marketing domain expertise including KPIs, attribution modeling, and campaign analyticsProficiency with modern BI platforms (Databricks, Tableau, Power BI), including governanceSolid understanding of data engineering: ELT/ETL, data modeling, SQL, cloud platformsExperience managing complex, cross-functional analytics projectsExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills5.
