Community Health Coordinator

A company is looking for a Community Health Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Conduct needs assessments in rural areas and small markets, including outreach and stakeholder engagement Customize assessment tools and synthesize findings into clear summaries and project documentation Assist with policy, systems, and environmental improvements in rural communities and support data refinement efforts Required Qualifications Basic research and data gathering skills, including conducting interviews and surveys Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 tools (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) Ability to synthesize information into clear summaries and basic reports Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote role Comfortable managing tasks with minimal supervision
