This role is essential in maintaining the standards outlined in STEP's processes and procedures to ensure an exceptional client and employee experience is delivered. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Source and purchase all necessary parts and or services for service orders and inventory replenishment as requiredPrepare purchase orders, issue slips, transfer forms, inventory count forms and other company related forms as requiredWork with the finance team to ensure invoices are completed properly and on-timeAssist in the proper vendor selection and vendor maintenance programs on an on-going basisComplete monthly and quarterly reporting as outlined by the supply chain manager or raw materials supervisorParticipate and review inventory counts on a quarterly basis and maintain company standards for loss and gainPerform daily inventory tasks such as pre-counts, issues, transfers, and replenishmentOversee the supply chain data system, data entry and managementWork with the iron coordinator and parts department to provide purchasing assistance as neededAll other duties as required WE OFFER: Benefits: Robust benefits package that includes:MedicalDentalVisionCompany-paid short-term disabilityCompany-paid Life and AD&D.Voluntary life/AD&DLong Term disabilityAccident coverageCritical illness401k with company matchVacation and paid sick timeRelated experience and competencies:Minimum three years of experience in a similar roleStrong computer skills with experience in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of programsRelated education focusing on negotiation and procurement training is an assetPrevious experience with sourcing and purchasing is an assetStrong ability to organize daily tasks and work within defined timelines to meet operational requirementsAble to perform confidently, accurately, professionally, and thoroughly in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while supporting management decisionsAbility to work in a team environment with strong interpersonal skillsConsistently provides exceptional service to both internal and external clientsSafety Focus: We live and work by our Always Safe, Always Professional (ASAP) mindset.Equal Opportunity Employer
