Our Aligned DNA is what makes us unique and successful!\nAs part of our exciting growth, we are currently searching for an\nIT Project Manager.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCreates detailed project plans to be shared with team members and stakeholders\nPlanning out the blueprints for projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.\nDelivering completed IT services to the organization and performing regular checks on the services' performance with stakeholders.\nManages an Agile project management approach for both sprints and Kanban techniques\nManages changes to the scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate techniques\nCompletes projects by coordinating resource availability and workload\nDelegates project tasks based on team members’ strengths, skill sets, and experience\nTracks project performance\nIdentifies, assesses, and manages project risk, escalating as appropriate\nEnsures appropriate levels of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle\nDetermines and documents user requirements and objectives for businesses processes in coordination with stakeholders and Aligned leadership\nDefines project milestones, phases, and elements and manages project budgets\nMonitors project progress and keep stakeholders updated on project progress\nPrepares reports for executive management about project status\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in a related discipline, preference for business or computer science discipline\nBackground in fast paced, high growth technology industry strongly preferred\n3+ years’ experience managing IT projects\n3+ years’ experience managing Financial Services projects\nExperience managing complex engagements\nChange management skills/experience\nAbility to manage multiple projects\n3rd party vendor management skills\nPMP or CSM certification preferred\nCOMPETENCIES:\nAdaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment;
