Coordinate and manage day to day operations to drive profitability and growth. with other terminals and drivers to meet the needs of the company with primary focus on their assigned market.\r\nDriver retention and development\r\nSafety focus every day in the areas of terminal and on the road\r\nCreating and maintaining a great culture success and team development\r\nAsset Management\r\nBuild trust and relationship with existing and new customers\r\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Focused on key areas of Operations: Safety, Service, Revenue, Assets and Costs\r\nImplement and support all company continuous improvement and safety efforts.\r\nServes as the liaison for company drivers, owner operators and terminal associates\r\nInteract with both internal and external customers in a cooperative and professional manner to meet their need.
