In this role, you’ll drive new business by connecting clients to health insurance solutions and building a strong pipeline alongside our Sales Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesSell health insurance policies to individual and business clients to achieve sales goals.Follow up with inbound leads and proactively generate new business through cold calling and networking.Enroll clients into American Ally’s health services network.Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.Represent American Ally at local events and networking opportunities.What We're Looking ForAbility to obtain a Texas Life and Health Insurance License within 60 days (training and licensing fees fully covered).1–5 years of sales experience preferred; college degree optional.Strong communication skills and confidence in prospecting by phone and in-person.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client relationships.Ambitious, coachable, and energized by a fast-paced environment.Availability to work in-office, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.Compensation & BenefitsHigh earnings potential, clear growth path, and full benefits — right from your first year.On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$80,000+ in your first year (base salary + commission).Base Salary: Starts at $45,000, with increases to $50,000 at 90 days and $55,000 at 180 days based on performance.Commission: 5% of total premium per policy sold (uncapped; paid monthly).Health, Dental, Vision Insurance: Available after 90 days.Paid Time Off: Unlimited PTO and sick days after 90 days (based on performance), plus company holidays.Tools Provided: Company laptop, headset, software licenses, and training materials.Training & Career GrowthOnboarding: Two-week training program including shadowing, systems training, and live client engagement.Licensing Support: Full assistance to obtain your Texas Health & Life License.Why Join American Ally?Unlimited Earnings: Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.Collaborative Culture: Entrepreneurial, supportive environment with hands-on training.Client-First Focus: Help reshape the health insurance experience with transparency and service-driven solutions.Interview ProcessTwo-step process, including a live sales pitch or phone exercise.Background check required.Ready to take the next step in your sales career? Apply now.
