Apply your expertise to mission-driven work that protects and supports those who serve our nation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nData Analysis & Engineering:\nBuild and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights to mission stakeholders.\nDesign, develop, and maintain ETL jobs, stored procedures, and optimized data models on Microsoft SQL Server.\nDevelop and tune queries and views that support analytics and reporting requirements.\nCollaboration & Communication:\nPartner with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into secure data and reporting solutions.\nContribute to data validation, quality checks, and testing activities.\nParticipate in sprint planning, user story refinement, and continuous delivery activities.\nMaintain technical documentation and contribute to shared knowledge repositories.\nRecommend and implement enhancements to improve data quality, performance, reliability, and security.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.\nUS Citizenship required, with ability to pass an IT-II background investigation; active Secret clearance preferred.\nCompTIA Security+ (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).\n4+ years of data analysis or data engineering experience, preferably in secure, distributed systems.\nDemonstrated experience designing and building dashboards and reports in Power BI.\nProficiency with the Microsoft SQL Server dialect of SQL (T-SQL), including hands-on experience building ETL jobs and writing stored procedures.\nHands-on experience using GitHub, Jira, and Confluence in an agile DevSecOps environment.\nExperience working on remote agile teams with strong collaboration and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMicrosoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).\nExperience with Microsoft Power Automate and the broader Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools.\nMicrosoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (PL-500), or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).\nExperience building and maintaining dashboards in Amazon QuickSight.\nExperience with AWS Athena and Amazon Redshift.\nAWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics).\nFamiliarity with SharePoint.\nFamiliarity with DoD secure data standards, DISA STIGs, and NIST 800-53 compliance frameworks.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods while performing computer-based tasks.\nRegular use of hands for typing, writing, and handling office equipment; frequent talking, hearing, and seeing.\nOccasional movement around the office, including climbing stairs.\nAbility to travel up to 10%, which may include occasional visits to client sites or government installations.\nITility is an Equal Opportunity Employer\nITility is committed to providing a work environment that is non-discriminatory, harassment free, fair, ethical and inclusive.
