Our schedule reflects that, with a 9:00 AM-4:30 PM workday, shorter hours on Fridays, and an overall ~35-hour workweek.Our office culture is laid-back, relaxed, and independent. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
