The Assistant will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to leadership and project teams, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and documentation. This role will help organize client materials, prepare presentation decks, maintain internal databases, and support reporting and task tracking for AI visibility projects. The Assistant will also assist with internal communication, office organization, vendor coordination, and basic research to support strategic initiatives.
