As a Promoter, you will represent the Greengoddess Collective brand by engaging with potential customers, promoting products and services, and building long-term relationships. Daily responsibilities include interacting with potential customers on the Venice Beach boardwalk, sharing store knowledge, supporting sales efforts by promoting free giveaways, and contributing to marketing initiatives. You will also assist in training sessions and maintain a strong understanding of our offerings.QualificationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse audiences effectively.Sales skills and demonstrated ability to assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that match their needs.Ability to support Marketing efforts and help promote products and services in creative ways.Experience in Training team members or supporting product education initiatives.Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving abilities.Knowledge or interest in the wellness or lifestyle industry is a plus.High school diploma or GED required; relevant certifications or education in marketing or sales are beneficial.
