The DHA is responsible for providing medical services and support to military personnel and their families, ensuring the readiness of the U.S. military medical force. The T&E Program Manager will oversee and manage the T&E Program, providing leadership and strategic direction. You will maintain responsibility for execution of the contract and delivery of the services. This includes organizing, managing, and executing test and evaluation services, particularly with a focus on IT and automation processes. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nServe as overarching contractor authority.\nDirectly oversee the T&E Team supporting the T&E PSB.\nSet the IT Service Management (ITSM) Practice strategy.\nLead tactical execution and contribute as a thought leader.\nMaintain and manage the client interface at the senior levels of the organization.\nResponsible for successful completion of all tasks and deliverables.\nResponsible for ensuring conformance with program task schedules and costs.\nSupport subordinate Managers in identifying, mitigating, and managing program risks.\nResponsible for understanding MHS enterprise architecture, business process and policies in support of legacy systems and future EHR modernization efforts.\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE\nKnowledge of systems engineering, software development, T&E processes, DevSecOps, industry best practice and new innovations.\nExperience with organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions.\nExperience managing multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks for clinical systems.\nExperience leading T&E for integrated clinical applications.\nExperience managing teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.\nExperience in agile development projects.\nUnderstanding of IV&V roles across waterfall, hybrid-agile, and agile methodologies.\nExperience with automated test tools and DevSecOps concepts.\nExperience in defining and executing an ITSM program.\n\nREQUIRED EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering field.\n8 years of relevant program management experience.\n3+ years of health IT project experience.\n\nLOCATION\nFall Church, VA\n\nCLEARANCE\nU.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain adjudication for the requisite background investigation\n\nCLIENT\nDepartment of Defense (DoD), Department of Health Agency (DHA)\n\nTRAVEL\nTravel is not expected but may be required.\n\nWORK HOURS\nFull-time = 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day\n\nBENEFITS\nComprehensive healthcare, vision, and dental.\nRetirement (401k & Roth)\n\nEMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION\nEmployment Classification Eligibility — W2\n\nRELOCATION\nNot eligible for relocation benefits\n\nWest 4th Strategy is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) employer.
