The ideal candidate will take ownership of complex features, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend)\r\nArchitect scalable, reusable, and maintainable application components\r\nBuild and consume RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL)\r\nOptimize applications for performance, security, and scalability\r\nLead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices\r\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end\r\nMentor junior and mid-level developers\r\nTroubleshoot and debug complex production issues\r\nParticipate in system design discussions and technical decision-making\r\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\r\n5+ years of professional software development experience\r\nStrong expertise in React.js , including hooks, state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)\r\nSolid experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js / NestJS\r\nExperience building RESTful APIs and backend services\r\nStrong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling\r\nExperience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)\r\nFamiliarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices\r\nExperience with Git and collaborative development workflows\r\nExperience in logging and monitoring frameworks like Dynatrace, etc.\r\nExperience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Mocha, etc.\r\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills\r\nGood to Have\r\nExperience with Next.js\r\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\r\nExperience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines\r\nFamiliarity with microservices architecture\r\nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\r\nMinimum Compensation: USD 40,000\r\nMaximum Compensation: USD 141,000\r\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
