Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative

Job Description We are seeking a new team member to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple clients. The ability to work assertively in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive materials is a must. Our customers include bankers, borrowers, other professionals, and our internal team.Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative Requirements: · Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office· Strong attention to detail· Ability to self-start and adapt to an ever-changing environment.· Excellent organizational and communication skills· Experience working with customer support.· Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and willing to investigate issues to resolve customer inquiries.· The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.· Strong work ethic.Excellent, professional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Multitasker with ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace.Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.· Communicating with customers through various channels.· Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries.· Knowing our products so that you can answer questions.· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Collect and safeguard sensitive financial data.Courteously and competently resolve all customer inquiries, taking ownership from first contact to final resolution.When our customers require assistance, you'll make sure they get whatever they need to feel secure with Cambridge Capital Management Corporation.
