We are seeking a PL/SQL Database Support Engineer to provide production support for Oracle-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and PL/SQL expertise, experience troubleshooting production issues, and the ability to analyze logs, debug problems, and support mission-critical systems.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nProvide production support for Oracle database applications.\nTroubleshoot application and database issues using SQL, PL/SQL, and log analysis.\nInvestigate production incidents and perform root cause analysis.\nDevelop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, and functions.\nSupport system integrations, APIs, and data flows.\nWork with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.\nManage support tickets using JIRA.\nParticipate in deployments and post-release validation.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nStrong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.\nExperience supporting production environments.\nAbility to troubleshoot database and application issues.\nExperience with log analysis and debugging.\nUnderstanding of APIs and system integrations.\nFamiliarity with JIRA or similar ticketing tools.\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nNice to Have\nShell scripting or Java.\nExperience supporting utility or energy industry applications.\nExposure to cloud platforms, monitoring tools, or automation.\nAbout PENNEP\nPENNEP works with national, multinational clients and thrives to become one of the world's leading professional services companies with a vision to transform clients' business, operating, and technology models for the digital era.
