Position SummaryKatsam Property Services is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Regenerative Air Sweeper Driver to operate street and parking lot sweeping equipment for commercial, municipal, and construction properties. The ideal candidate will safely operate regenerative air sweepers while maintaining high-quality service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.This position requires attention to detail, safe driving practices, and the ability to work independently in various weather and traffic conditions.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate regenerative air sweeper trucks safely and efficientlyPerform sweeping services for streets, parking lots, construction sites, and commercial propertiesComplete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsMaintain daily equipment and report mechanical issues promptlyEmpty debris hoppers and dispose of waste properlyFollow assigned routes and schedulesMaintain accurate driver logs and service recordsAdhere to DOT regulations and company safety policiesCommunicate professionally with supervisors, dispatchers, and customersAssist with minor equipment maintenance and cleaningQualificationsValid CDL License (Class B minimum; Class A preferred)Clean driving recordPrevious sweeper or heavy equipment experience preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and climb in/out of equipment regularlyStrong work ethic and reliabilityBasic mechanical knowledge is a plusWorking ConditionsOutdoor work in varying weather conditionsExposure to dust, noise, and traffic environmentsExtended periods of driving and operating heavy machineryCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly payOvertime opportunitiesCompany-provided safety equipmentPaid trainingHealth benefits (if applicable)Paid time off and holidaysKatsam Property Services CommitmentKatsam Property Services is committed to maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments for our clients and communities.
