It will feature customizable templates that help users, such as companies, avoid starting from scratch when creating documents.\r\nThe process begins with a pre-built policy template that contains standard sections. Users can then choose to add, remove, or create additional sections according to their needs. Once the structure is in place, the next step is content population.\r\nThe AI will assist in generating the content, making it easy for clients to fill in their required details.\r\nParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.\r\nStay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our tech stack is modern and robust.\r\nQualifications\r\n5+ years of experience in Node.js development.\r\nProficient in JavaScript and familiar with ES6 standards.\r\nExperience with server-side frameworks such as Express.js.\r\nSolid understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).\r\nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and API design best practices.\r\nExperience working with AI (LLM'S, Langchain etc)\r\nExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git).\r\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.\r\nStrong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.\r\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\r\nGood communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.\r\nIn addition to a market competitive compensation, we have a reward philosophy that expand beyond this.\r\nBenefits\r\nFully remote with office optional.
