The tools and technologies we develop have real world impact and US Government analysts use them to extract and enrich intelligence information around the globe.\r\nThe Role\r\nAs a Lead Software Engineer / Back-End Developer, you will join a cross-functional team tasked with implementing software solutions to challenging, high-impact problems. You will create infrastructure to process, store, and expose large and varied datasets that include imagery, structured and unstructured text, geospatial data, and more. You will work alongside algorithm developers and end users to deploy advanced analytic components on various compute platforms, including both on-prem and cloud environments. You will build, demonstrate, and transition systems to partner organizations.\r\nPositions are available in both Woburn, MA and Arlington, VA. Due to the nature of our work, applicants should expect to primarily work onsite.\r\nWho you are\r\nActive Top Secret security clearance, for which U.S citizenship is needed by the U.S government\r\nDegree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other engineering or scientific field with 2-8+ relevant experience depending on the degree\r\n5 years of experience in developing, deploying, or maintaining enterprise software solutions\r\nSoftware team leadership experience, especially for distributed cross-functional teams\r\nStrong problem solving, debugging, and analytical skills\r\nKnowledge of Mobile Operating System (iOS/Android) and mobile based applications\r\nExpertise in OOP languages, Linux command line tools, and shell scripting\r\nEven Better\r\nActive TS/SCI security clearance\r\nReverse engineering experience\r\nExperience in designing/developing platform components: Kubernetes, containers, etc.\r\nAWS tools proficiency including AWS security, Route 53, EC2 deployments, and other deployment tools\r\nExperience deploying ETL processes and/or machine learning models into production\r\nFamiliarity with statistical and/or machine learning models\r\nProgramming skills in CUDA\r\nUnderstanding of telecommunication networks\r\nPay Information\r\nFull-Time Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000\r\nThe salary range listed is based on external market data.
