Project Executive OpportunityWe are representing a reputable general contractor seeking an experienced Project Executive to join their Bay Area team. The Project Executive will oversee project managers and engineers, drive successful project outcomes, and take a key role in business development, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor project managers and engineers in executing projects and meeting client expectationsEnsure contractual commitments are met and financial outcomes are achievedOversee labor productivity, cost control, subcontractor performance, and change managementProvide technical guidance, constructability reviews, and consistency across projectsDrive business development by engaging clients and leading proposal effortsCollaborate with estimating and engineering groups on budgets, proposals, and design developmentNegotiate contracts, assess project risks, and manage procurement deliverablesRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional organizationsParticipate in strategic initiatives, including market expansion and profitability planningQualificationsMultiple years of project management experience with proven leadership in construction operationsStrong background in budgeting, scheduling, estimating, preconstruction, and construction managementSkilled in project management software: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Prolog, Vista by Viewpoint, and BluebeamExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients, owners, GC's, and architectsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred (high school diploma or GED required)Knowledge of estimating and engineering processes (experience in either is preferred)Ability to manage teams effectively while balancing client interface and strategic company goalsCompensation + BenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement plan with employer contributionPaid time off and company holidaysBonus opportunities based on performance and project successLong-term career stability with a growing construction management team
