Job DescriptionAs a Licensed Insurance Customer Care Representative with ample Cross-Selling Opportunities and In-Office Services, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service to our clients while actively identifying cross-selling opportunities and managing in-office inquiries. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. In addition to assisting clients with their insurance needs, you will leverage in-office interactions to identify opportunities for additional coverage options and provide personalized recommendations.
