Job OverviewMarketech International Corporation USA is seeking a detail-oriented Modeler – Chemical Systems to support BIM modeling, design coordination, and construction documentation for semiconductor, high-tech, and industrial projects.This role is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models related to chemical process systems, process piping, tool installation support, utility systems, and related facility infrastructure. The BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler will work closely with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure models, drawings, and project documentation are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements.The ideal candidate will have experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools, with exposure to chemical process systems, piping layouts, P&IDs, PFDs, construction drawings, and active construction environments. Experience in semiconductor, high-tech, cleanroom, industrial, chemical, or process facility projects is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesModeling and Design SupportDevelop, update, and maintain 3D BIM models for chemical process systems, process piping, equipment layouts, and related utility systems.Create and revise detailed layouts for piping, supports, equipment, routing, and system components.Generate 2D construction drawings and sheets from 3D BIM models.Review and update models based on design revisions, field changes, redlines, and project coordination feedback.Support model development for chemical delivery systems, process utilities, and related facility infrastructure.Ensure BIM models accurately reflect project design intent, construction requirements, and system layouts.Coordination and Project SupportCoordinate with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project requirements.Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide progress updates on assigned modeling tasks.Support design coordination efforts to resolve conflicts, improve constructability, and reduce field installation issues.Communicate with internal teams and subcontractors regarding model updates, design changes, routing conflicts, and project needs.Assist with coordination between chemical systems and other disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, structural, process, and facility teams.Clash Detection and Quality ControlPerform clash detection and identify design conflicts, discrepancies, or constructability issues within BIM models.Assist in resolving clashes involving piping, equipment, supports, utilities, cable trays, structural elements, and other building systems.Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project standards.Support quality checks for drawing revisions, model updates, and construction documentation.Help ensure BIM files, drawings, and design records remain organized and up to date.Documentation and Technical SupportMaintain accurate design files, project records, model revisions, drawing logs, and as-built documentation.Support the preparation and review of construction drawings, shop drawings, and field installation documentation.Review P&IDs, PFDs, equipment layouts, piping plans, and construction documents as needed to align 3D models with system requirements.Assist with as-built updates based on field changes, installation progress, and project closeout requirements.Support engineers and project teams with technical documentation, model extracts, drawing updates, and coordination materials.QualificationsRequiredAssociate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Drafting, BIM, CAD, or a related field preferred.Experience using Revit and AutoCAD for BIM modeling, drafting, or construction coordination.Previous experience in BIM modeling, process piping, chemical systems, mechanical systems, utility systems, or construction documentation.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, system layouts, P&IDs, PFDs, and technical documentation.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple updates, revisions, and coordination comments.Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and field teams.English communication required.PreferredExperience supporting semiconductor, high-tech, cleanroom, chemical, industrial, or process facility construction projects.Experience with chemical process systems, process piping, chemical delivery systems, or utility piping layouts.Experience with BIM/VDC coordination in an active construction environment.Experience working on or supporting active construction sites.Familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360, Revit coordination workflows, or clash detection processes.Familiarity with P&IDs, PFDs, equipment layouts, piping isometrics, and construction documentation processes.Knowledge of semiconductor facility systems, tool install projects, or high-purity process environments is a
