The manager will work with the Chief Security Officer to assess security risks at the museum and recommend mitigation strategies. The manager will develop protocols that ensure consistent, quick, and effective responses by the security workforce including contract staff. This role is responsible for helping to ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, collections, and property through leadership, operational oversight, and people management.\n\nThe manager will develop training that reinforces these protocols and develops the skills necessary for the security workforce to respond to incidents.
