Our Customer Support Representative team’s focus for our clients is to provide their consumers with the best experience and education for their services. As part of our dynamic Customer Support Representative team, you'll play a crucial role in assisting with the execution of consumer acquisition campaigns. You'll work with a team of talented individuals focused on generating new customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and building relationships with longevity. Our direct and personalized approach has provided our clients with tremendous results and expanded their consumer base.
Customer Support Representative Daily Responsibilities:
Approach consumers to troubleshoot issues our products and services provided
Provide exceptional customer service by establishing a personalized relationship with every consumer
Assist in customer scheduling for products through initial contact and lifetime partnership by educating them on what to expect with services
Attend daily meetings pertaining to our clients to increase overall productivity and sales success by developing customer service skills
Input and customer account information accurately into our POS system
Report directly to senior management regarding customer complaints, questions, or quality issues so we can make improvements immediately
Customer Support Representative Qualifications:

Education and Schooling Needed:
High school diploma or GED
1-2 years of experience as a customer service representative, sales associate, enrollment representative, or client support

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
