Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator based in West Springfield, MA. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for calculating cost estimates, preparing quantity take-offs, managing budgets, and providing accurate project cost analysis. Daily tasks include analyzing project requirements, communicating with stakeholders, sourcing materials, and collaborating with project teams to ensure cost-effective and timely project execution. Qualifications Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offsStrong skills in Cost Management and BudgetingExcellent Communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and teamsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferredExperience in the construction industry is an assetProficiency with construction estimating software and tools
