This role leads the design and development of enterprise-wide technology solutions, aligning system strategy with organizational goals while advising on technology investments and future project feasibility.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines.\nDefine system strategy and design the infrastructure required to support that strategy.\nAdvise management on the selection of technology investments, including processing, data storage, data access, and application development solutions.\nEvaluate and communicate the feasibility of potential future IT projects to leadership.\nServe as a trusted technical advisor to managers and staff on architectural best practices.\nQualifications:\n8+ years of experience implementing large-scale IT solutions and enterprise services within HHS (CMS preferred).\nStrong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.\nProven ability to assess technology needs and recommend scalable, cost-effective solutions.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience with cloud platforms, infrastructure design, and application architecture.\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional\nAbout Highlight:\nFor over ten years, Highlight has provided Development and Modernization, Secure IT, and Mission Solution services to our federal government customers.
