We also help people thrive by assisting in finding their way to the right employers.Work Location= In Office 5 days/ week (Melville, NY)Work Life Balance (is a huge factor when employed at Randstad)18 days vacation to start (~3.5 weeks)5 mental health/wellbeing/sick daysTuition discounts with a variety of learning partners401KAccess to our Medical, Dental, Vision plansEmployee Share Purchase PlanPermanent Salary & Bonus potential$70,000-$72,000/yearBonus: an uncapped bonus of personal performance from direct hire placement fees; For example within the first 9-12 months $20-40K+ and year 2 $30-60K+ResponsibilitiesEffectively source, recruit, pipeline, interview, and select candidates within M&L (80% of the day)Identify client prospects in need of Randstad’s workforce services & solutions (20% of the day)Effectively sell our Manufacturing and Logistics (M&L) Skilled Trade permanent solutions (CNC Machinists, Automation Techs, Millwrights, Tool & Die Maker, Welders, etc)Main POC- build strong relationships with hiring managersCreate partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makersExecute the activities that will gain results (lots of calls, virtual and on-site client meetings)Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s potentialNegotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutionsOffer innovative and creative employment solutionsQualificationsMinimum 1-4 years of proven B2B business experience (staffing industry or corporate Recruiting)Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the pastTechnically competency and the ability to connect with othersTrack record of delivering results in a sales metrics-driven environmentExperience and quick adaptability utilizing digital tools and Google Suite applicationsPassion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional jobBachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN!
