In this role, you'll collaborate closely with customers to define and implement custom software requirements and tailored OS images for deployment on Advantech's industrial PC hardware. You'll also provide hands-on support by troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to our PC products and peripherals such as Wi-Fi and Cellular communication.
