We are committed to enhancing national security through innovative technology and expert collaboration.\n\nYour future duties and responsibilities:\n\nDesign, implement, and support complex systems for a federal law enforcement agency’s classified data processing systems directorate.\n\nMonitor, analyze, and optimize system performance across classified environments to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.\n\nCollaborate with cybersecurity, network, and software development teams to integrate systems, develop use cases, and support deployment and maintenance activities.\n\nSupport system authorization and continuous monitoring activities, maintain comprehensive system documentation, and ensure solutions align with federal standards and mission requirements.\n\nLead system strategy workshops, roadmap development, and stakeholder presentations.\n\nArchitect system integration pipelines, develop system specifications, dashboards, and KPIs.\n\nAlign system development to NIST SP 800-53 and ISCM requirements.\n\nExtend system capabilities to AWS/Azure/GCP and integrate with automation and orchestration tools.\n\nEstablish content lifecycle governance and mentor junior staff.\n\nRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nActive Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.\n\nMinimum of four years in systems engineering with expertise in designing and implementing secure systems in classified environments.\n\nOne or more of the following certifications:\n\nCertified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)\n\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect\n\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert\n\nCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)\n\nDesired qualifications:\n\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nExperience in federal government or diplomatic environment at the department level or experience supporting classified environments within federal law enforcement or Intelligence Community organizations.\n\nExperience integrating systems with cybersecurity tools, network infrastructure, and cloud platforms.\n\nExperience with systems in hybrid/zero‑trust architectures.\n\nKnowledge of NIST cybersecurity frameworks (800‑53, 800‑171, 800‑190).\n\nAdditional cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).\n\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, ethnicity, ancestry, color, sex, religion, creed, age, national origin, citizenship status, disability, pregnancy, medical condition, military and veteran status, marital status, sexual orientation or perceived sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, and gender expression, familial status or responsibilities, reproductive health decisions, political affiliation, genetic information, height, weight, or any other legally protected status or characteristics to the extent required by applicable federal, state, and/or local laws where we do business.\n\nCGI provides reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities.
