This position will serve as the primary project management resource supporting Infrastructure Operations while coordinating efforts across Security Operations, Network Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Business Applications, and external vendors and partners. This role requires strong communication skills as well as technical expertise across cloud technology and services.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nManage a portfolio of strategic cloud and infrastructure modernization projects\nTrack dependencies across architecture, security, identity, endpoint computing, and business applications\nMonitor resource utilization and identify scheduling conflicts\nEscalate project risks and resource constraints to leadership\nCross-functional coordination\nEstablish and facilitate agile/scrum delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives\nWork with technical leads, product owners, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to develop and maintain prioritized product and project backlogs\nManage dependencies between agile teams, vendors, operational teams, and projects following project delivery methodologies\nEnsure technical debt, operational readiness, documentation, security requirements, and support-transition activities are incorporated into project and sprint planning\nCoordinate vendors including consulting partners, Microsoft, professional services, software vendors, system integrators\nDevelop Statement of Work (SOW)\nMonitor budget and deliverables\nSchedule and escalation management\nAssess organizational impacts\nDevelop implementation plans track organizational readiness\nCoordinate communications\nSupport user adoption\nWhat You’ll Need\n\nRequired\n\n10+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or cloud transformation projects\nProven ability to operate at both the project delivery and program oversight levels, managing multiple concurrent projects and dependencies\nStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; able to operate with minimal direction and drive resolution when gaps arise\nTechnical fluency across infrastructure, security, networking, hardware, software, and enterprise architecture domains\nSkilled in cross-functional communication, including the ability to influence without direct authority and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nExperience working across multiple IT functions, navigating cross-team dependencies, and balancing competing priorities\nExperience working with both internal technical teams and external vendors or service providers\nAbility to work effectively in both structured and ambiguous environments\nPhysical Demands\n\nAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards\nSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.\nAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor\nIndividuals in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and viewing of monitors, with exposure to moderate noise levels.
