{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"7584b57fccecb9d9ed60ce79","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7584b57fccecb9d9ed60ce79","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7584b57fccecb9d9ed60ce79","title":"Material Coordinator","description":"Construction Materials Coordinator / Warehouse Specialist\nWe are seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Materials Coordinator / Warehouse Specialist to oversee the receiving, organization, tracking, and staging of materials for our fabrication shop and field crews.\nThis position is ideal for someone with experience in the plumbing, HVAC, mechanical contracting, or pipe, valve, and fitting (PVF) industry who enjoys staying organized and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.\nResponsibilities\nReceive, inspect, and verify incoming material shipments.\nCheck packing slips against purchase orders and report shortages or damaged materials.\nOrganize and maintain inventory of pipe, valves, fittings, and mechanical materials.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard.\nStage materials for fabrication projects and field installation crews.\nLoad and unload trucks using a forklift.\nTrack inventory and assist with material control.\nOrganize work packs, material bundles, and documentation for fabrication jobs.\nAssist with receiving, labeling, and organizing Material Test Reports (MTRs) and other project documentation.\nWork closely with the fabrication shop and project managers to ensure materials are available when needed.\nPerform general warehouse and shop duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.\nForklift experience preferred.\nWorking knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings (PVF), and mechanical construction materials.\nPrevious experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, or industrial environment is preferred.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to lift 50 pounds and work in a warehouse/shop environment.\nSelf-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.\nAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environment.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive pay based on experience.\nPaid Time Off.\nFull-time, stable employment.\nOpportunity for growth within the company.\nTo Apply: Please submit your resume or work history, relevant experience, and contact information.\nPay: $20.00 -
